What you will do

  • Drive forecasting, deal inspection, and win/loss analysis for Solutions Engineering to provide strategic narratives to leadership.
  • Accelerate AI transformation by designing and deploying AI agents to automate high-volume operational workflows.
  • Design and maintain SE:AE territory alignment, capacity models, and headcount plans to optimize coverage.
  • Manage end-to-end variable compensation operations, including target setting, quota uploads, and payout governance.
  • Produce QBRs and executive summaries that synthesize performance data into compelling narratives.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions via process improvements and AI-driven tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Operations or Strategy roles focused on Sales, Pre-Sales, or GTM functions.
  • Deep knowledge of pre-sales methodology, deal qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Track record of leading technology-enabled business transformations with an emphasis on AI and automation (e.g., Claude, Gemini, n8n, Retool).
  • Expertise in managing and analyzing complex data to build reports and models for senior executives.
  • Direct experience with SaaS business models and core KPIs in a high-growth, global environment.
  • Must have valid US work authorization; the company is unable to sponsor visas for this role.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, hirify.global, Gong, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience managing budgets and performing variance analysis.
