What you will do

• Lead the monthly global revenue close process in compliance with ASC 606 and SOX controls.
• Oversee all aspects of global revenue recognition, including complex contract arrangements.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk to evaluate non-standard contract terms and their revenue impact.
• Collaborate with FP&A to bridge ARR to GAAP revenue and explain variances.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 6 revenue accounting professionals.
• Drive process improvements and leverage automation to enhance quote-to-cash system efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10–15+ years of experience in revenue or technical accounting with deep ASC 606 expertise.
• Proven experience leading global revenue close processes within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of SOX and internal controls.
• Proficiency with quote-to-cash systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Zuora.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
