Finance Manager - Product ARR

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead product ARR forecasting, reporting, scenario planning, and performance analysis across the product portfolio.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Build financial models evaluating growth trends, business scenarios, and longer-term opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Accounting, Data Analytics, and Investor Relations to connect financial performance with business drivers.
• Develop executive presentations, KPI dashboards, and visualizations explaining performance and next steps.
• Improve the Product ARR Tableau dashboard and apply AI, automation, and analytical approaches to accelerate forecasting and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 6–8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth private or public technology company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including ACV bookings, ARR, churn, contraction, and dollar retention.
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large, disconnected, or unstructured datasets and producing accurate, executive-ready analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Adaptive Insights, and NetSuite; experience using AI technologies to improve business outcomes.
