TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Manchester (spending at least two days per week, or 40% of time, at the Manchester site).
Salary: £30,201 - £31,790

What you will do
- Develop and manage a portfolio of business clients to grow revenue and enhance satisfaction.
- Deliver consultative sales solutions aligned with client needs and strategic offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
- Stay updated on market trends, including EV adoption, sustainability targets, and regulatory changes.
- Proactively manage renewals, upgrades, and service satisfaction to build loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience in telephony and account development.
- Proven skills in consultative selling and building long-term relationships with fleet clients.
- Ability to use data-driven insights to personalize and improve customer engagement.
- Must be based in Manchester to meet hybrid working requirements.
