Salary: £26,000 - £36,500 (OTE)

• Act as a trusted expert for car sellers to ensure a seamless post-auction experience.
• Lead negotiations between sellers and dealers to achieve fair deals.

• Collaborate with Account Management teams to align sellers and dealers.
• Test new platform features and provide feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of hitting targets in fast-paced environments.
• Strong negotiation skills via phone and email.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on KPIs.
• Ability to build rapport and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Brighton office.
