What you will do

• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process and provide resources for client learners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate with delivery teams for prompt resolution.

• Track and analyze product usage to develop strategies for enhanced engagement and satisfaction.
• Identify upselling opportunities and manage contract renewals and negotiations.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of delivering apprenticeship standards and funding rules.
• Strong understanding of the Insurance and Financial Service industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and drive results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
