What you will do
- Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and new business development within the HPE portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and end-customer acquisition.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and strategic partners to secure favorable terms.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to guide category acceleration efforts.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product management teams to align and execute strategies.
- Drive adoption and usage of the Xvantage platform for reseller partners and vendors.
Requirements
- Must be based in İstanbul, Türkiye and be available for regular in-person customer engagements.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic outside sales and account management, or 4 years of technology distribution experience.
- Strong understanding of strategic selling principles, order management, and project management.
- Proven success in growing and maintaining year-over-year sales results.
- Ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) concepts and forecasting.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
