What you will do
- Execute B2B demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, ABX, and field marketing to meet MQL, SAL, and SQL targets.
- Design and manage ABX programs using intent data and CRM signals to penetrate target account lists.
- Manage campaign operations in HubSpot, ensuring accurate lead scoring and attribution reporting.
- Direct paid media and content strategies including LinkedIn and Google Ads, webinars, and case studies to drive pipeline.
- Integrate AI workflows to automate testing, scale campaign variants, and surface account-level insights.
- Collaborate with New Business and Customer Success teams to provide account intelligence and sales enablement materials.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B demand generation, preferably within a SaaS or EdTech environment.
- Hands-on experience with ABM/ABX programs and progressing target accounts through the buying journey.
- Proficiency in building and managing end-to-end campaigns within HubSpot.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools to automate workflows and improve campaign performance.
- English: Fluency with strong written skills is required.
- Strong analytical skills to translate performance metrics into clear recommendations and actions.
