What you will do
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of AM250 franchised motor dealers and used car dealers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle to ensure high retention rates.
- Prepare and deliver monthly renewals using Salesforce and manual processes.
- Conduct detailed account analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor, research, and convert new business leads to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs.
