Supplier Quality Engineer for the Auxiliary Systems (Energy Generation)

What you will do

• Oversee suppliers and conduct source, virtual, and desk inspections for mechanical auxiliary system components.
• Assess supplier capabilities and audit quality management systems and manufacturing processes.
• Drive product and process qualification activities and approve supplier manufacturing processes through Manufacturing Quality Control Plans.
• Coordinate supplier nonconformance management, containment, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and adjust quality, inspection, and supplier development plans.
• Facilitate supplier qualification and development reviews, maintain quality data, and identify project risks proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Supplier Quality, or a related technical field.
• Experience with industrial process technologies or auxiliary systems in energy generation plants.
• Experience conducting supplier audits and knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Hands-on knowledge of root cause analysis, quality methodologies, and risk management tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and willingness to travel approximately 50% are required.
