What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing account management team for clinical solutions in Japan.
- Build executive-level relationships with hospital leadership, clinicians, and procurement teams.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive retention, adoption, and growth.
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and coordinate contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with global product and marketing teams to align local needs with strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (IT or intangible solutions preferred).
- Business English proficiency for collaborating with global teams.
- Deep knowledge of the Japanese healthcare ecosystem and market trends.
