What you will do

• Scope engagements by assessing client operations and gathering functional requirements.
• Design strategic programs to identify, protect, and monitor sensitive data and users.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve customer concerns and escalations.
• Partner with sales organizations to ensure high customer satisfaction and meet business needs.
• Present risk assessments, challenges, and proposed solutions to management and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing role or IT consulting.
• Familiarity with data security concepts including Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, and CASB.
• English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Confidence in engaging with technical resources, project sponsors, and executive levels.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Active Directory, Entra ID, GPO management, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with identity security tools and deception-based detection.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL, and Linux infrastructure.
• Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
