Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity): Driving technical sales and customer success for the Auth0 Identity Platform with an accent on complex identity protocols and cloud security architecture. Focus on building custom demonstrations, managing technical sales cycles, and advising diverse stakeholders from developers to C-level executives.

Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel, with an expectation to work from the office or meet customers 2-3 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business outcomes and technical requirements.
• Partner with the sales team to manage technical sales progression from discovery to technical win.
• Build and deliver custom product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
• Educate customers on cloud security technology, identity protocols, and best practices.
• Maintain deep technical expertise in the Auth0 product line and underlying protocols.
• Engage proactively in local and regional sales and marketing events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
• Proven experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role.
• Strong development background with proficiency in at least one backend stack (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby) and a frontend stack (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience with at least one standard identity protocol (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, or LDAP).
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and core application security concerns (SSL/TLS, encryption, XSS, XSRF).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-on (SSO).
• Understanding of Agentic AI and identity oversight.
• Mobile development experience (iOS, Android).
• Proficiency with HTTP tools like curl or Postman.
