Enablement Leader (AI Security)

Builds an AI Security and Governance Platform that provides visibility and protection across the AI and LLM lifecycle, from development to production and autonomous agents.

What you will do

• Own enablement programs for Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, support, and customers.
• Create playbooks, pilot guides, deployment runbooks, training content, onboarding programs, and ramp plans.
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate roadmap updates, positioning, and messaging into practical enablement materials.
• Collect feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and customers and provide a consistent feedback loop to Product.
• Coordinate enablement leads across customer-facing functions and build a scalable operating model.
• Prioritize enablement gaps with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing leadership.

Requirements

• Experience building and leading enablement programs in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales organization.
• Hands-on experience in Sales, Solutions or Technical roles, or Customer Success.
• Strong product and technical fluency, including the ability to learn and present a technical security product.
• Experience translating product roadmaps into enablement content and working cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Ability to build programs from scratch in a fast-paced startup with shifting priorities.
• Background in cybersecurity or AI security is strongly preferred.
