TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving the conversion of mid-market organizations into long-term customers for AI-powered compensation tools with an accent on consultative selling and territory planning. Location: Hybrid (Manila Office)

Salary: ₱60K – ₱70K per month + Commission

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives on territory planning to develop quality opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads by acting as a consultant to understand and address prospect needs.
  • Prospect into mid-market accounts using persona-specific communication via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage high-velocity sales cycles from lead qualification through to closing and revenue attainment.
  • Maintain accurate market intelligence and records in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor product offerings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 1 year in an AE role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDICC preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional and persuasive outreach.
  • Must be based in Manila to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Familiarity with Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Chilipiper.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
