Location: Hybrid (Manila Office)
Salary: ₱60K – ₱70K per month + Commission

What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives on territory planning to develop quality opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads by acting as a consultant to understand and address prospect needs.
- Prospect into mid-market accounts using persona-specific communication via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Manage high-velocity sales cycles from lead qualification through to closing and revenue attainment.
- Maintain accurate market intelligence and records in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor product offerings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 1 year in an AE role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
- Proficiency in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDICC preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional and persuasive outreach.
- Must be based in Manila to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Familiarity with Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Chilipiper.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
