What you will do

• Build and execute territory plans for pipeline generation and net-new logo acquisition.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Security, Technology, Digital, and Executive teams.
• Position Workforce Identity as a strategic platform for secure access and AI-era identity security.
• Create compelling business cases and lead stakeholder alignment, negotiations, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with xDRs, Partners, Presales, and Professional Services to progress opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with strategic partners, system integrators, and cloud ecosystem partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of success selling complex Public Sector, enterprise SaaS, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven ability to win net-new logos and expand strategic government or highly regulated accounts.
• Strong understanding of workforce identity, access management, and cloud transformation.
• Experience using MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler sales methodologies.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen to connect security solutions to business outcomes.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
