What you will do
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Reignite relationships with low-engagement customers by aligning solutions to their evolving business needs.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and proactive outreach.
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to drive long-term growth and retention.
- Exceed revenue targets through consistent expansion within the assigned account base.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management or relationship-focused sales.
- Proven experience in B2B sales managing Mid-market clients.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on account growth and expansion.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, with a preference for Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
