What you will do

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Reignite relationships with low-engagement customers by aligning solutions to their evolving business needs.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and proactive outreach.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to drive long-term growth and retention.
  • Exceed revenue targets through consistent expansion within the assigned account base.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management or relationship-focused sales.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales managing Mid-market clients.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on account growth and expansion.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, with a preference for Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
