Salary: $84,000 – $105,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Oversee daily operations of a team of Learning Consultants, ensuring high-touch and customer-centric training delivery.
  • Coach and support team members to ensure quality, professionalism, and preparedness in all training engagements.
  • Monitor training progress, syllabus completion, and maintain documentation via Mavenlink, Zendesk, and Dropbox.
  • Partner with the Implementation team to ensure smooth transitions from onboarding to training.
  • Manage training calendars and contribute to the maintenance of the LMS and instructional resources.
  • Act as a customer advocate to ensure responsive and personalized training experiences.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of dental office experience (front office, back office, or management).
  • 2–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or customer onboarding.
  • 0–1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience.
  • Strong communication, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
