Salary: $128,000 - $170,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own the Drive App product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver a world-class driver experience.
• Lead the product direction through a significant platform evolution impacting millions of drivers.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
• Define and instrument critical product signals, including ratings, engagement, retention, and onboarding.
• Use product data and experimental design to drive prioritization decisions.
• Represent the product in senior leadership reviews through compelling strategic narratives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a Lead or Senior role on high-scale mobile products (consumer-facing or B2B2C).
• Proven track record of improving mobile product quality at scale (ratings, engagement, retention).
• Experience leading a product through platform changes, market expansion, or experience transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong discovery and measurement practice, including defining north star metrics and designing experiments.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Background in fleet management or telemetry.
• Experience in B2B enterprise software or regulated industries such as fleet, compliance, or logistics.
• Direct experience with commercial driver software.
