What you will do

• Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical domains within the autonomous mobility stack.
• Translate stakeholder needs into robust technical product requirements and comprehensive functional specifications.
• Prioritize the product roadmap using data from vehicle logs, system metrics, and simulation results.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify and resolve system architecture performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor and upskill junior product managers on the technical aspects of autonomous systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven Product Management experience.
• Experience leading product development for software, hardware, or combined products from idea to market launch.
• Background in AI/ML, autonomous vehicles, robotics, IoT, or transportation-as-a-service sectors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior members of a product organization.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and company headquarters).

• Experience building roadmaps for data-driven tools to accelerate commercial product development based on simulated and real-world data.
