What you will do

• Define and drive the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Partner with Design, Technology, and Business leaders to align priorities.
• Translate product goals into clear requirements, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive product decisions through user research, analytics, and iteration.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, engagement, and monetization.
• Communicate priorities and risks clearly across the organization.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Product Management or leadership.
• Recent experience on successful mobile or cross-platform entertainment products.
• Strong understanding of mobile product fundamentals including analytics and experimentation.
• Proven ability to work closely with Design, Engineering, and UX teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear product direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with gaming, social, or UGC products.
• Experience with free-to-play models, live ops, or virtual economies.
• Experience shipping cross-platform experiences (mobile, PC, console).
• Experience mentoring product managers or building product organizations.
