Lead Product Marketing Manager – Platform (IrisX): Own how ’s IrisX platform is positioned, understood, and adopted across customers and markets with an accent on translating complex platform capabilities (data, integrations, extensibility, AI) into clear value narratives and measurable business outcomes. Focus on shaping ICP and messaging, driving platform go-to-market strategy, and aligning product, sales, customer success, and marketing while mentoring product marketing practices.
Location: Fully Remote (North America); option to work from hubs in London, ON or Oakbrook, IL
Salary: $120,000 - 170,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Define platform positioning and narrative by translating data, integrations, extensibility, and AI capabilities into differentiated customer value.
- Define and evolve ICP and messaging across segments, use cases, and lifecycle stages.
- Shape go-to-market strategy for platform initiatives and integrate platform capabilities into commercial motions.
- Drive commercial clarity by connecting product capabilities to customer value, adoption, and monetization.
- Align across product pods and commercial segments to ensure consistent platform communication.
- Mentor and elevate product marketing practices across the team.
Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in multi-product or platform environments.
- Ability to translate complex systems into simple, compelling narratives.
- Commercial mindset connecting product capabilities to customer value and revenue outcomes.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and across multiple stakeholders.
- Influence without authority and ability to bring clarity to complex discussions.
- Experience with platform products, APIs, data products, or ecosystem-based solutions is a strong advantage.
