What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through to delivery and market growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and OEMs to foster alignment and drive strategic initiatives.
• Support career development and growth for team members through effective planning and coaching.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Strong technical knowledge of IP networks, architecture, and design in telecommunications or managed hosting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring product teams.
• Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Mississauga, ON.
