What you will do

• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to the onsite Order Management team.
• Oversee the accurate translation of POs into the order entry system within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to resolve backlog holds and expedite shipments.
• Ensure JIT hub customer product pulls are invoiced timely and manage shipping documentation.
• Lead UATs, sign-offs, and resolve escalated order management issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to Audit and SOX compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Thailand.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Proven experience in customer-facing environments and team leadership.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP and Oracle preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Audit/SOX compliance.
• Advanced skills in MS 365, particularly Excel.
