What you will do

• Execute and optimize daily transactional activities to meet SLA/KPIs using standardized processes.
• Drive and support process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
• Ensure operational compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document and maintain up-to-date operational procedures and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective problem-solving solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Desk role.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• University degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, or international shipping/forwarding/trade.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Lodz, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.
