What you will do

• Provide day-to-day supervisory support to the onsite manager and guide the team through the resolution of escalated issues.
• Ensure accurate PO translation into the Order Entry system within 24 hours and maintain shippable backlogs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to resolve holds preventing timely shipments.
• Manage JIT hub invoicing and provide precise responses to queries regarding order status and shipments.
• Support Audit and SOX compliance through rigorous documentation and process adherence.
• Advocate for B2B connections and assist with the onboarding of new customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Thailand (Remote)
• English proficiency is mandatory
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and deep knowledge of Audit/SOX compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle and SAP preferred) and International Trade Controls Systems.
• Advanced skills in MS 365 Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to perform under pressure within a cross-functional team environment.
