What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer supply chain operations and order fulfillment for the Japanese market.
• Oversee daily backlog management, including order scheduling, allocation plans, and aging backlog reduction.
• Monitor logistics execution in partnership with outsourced providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Publish critical reports on in-stock status, delivery performance, and channel inventory.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation to optimize cost, service, and cycle time.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing, delivery dates, and fulfillment.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese and English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
• Proven ability to drive scalable process change and automation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement supply chain solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
