Compensation Range: $72,000 - $90,000

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding for the West Lafayette facility.
  • Coordinate high-volume staffing for T-7 assembly operations, including aptitude testing and panel interviews.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates and build skilled pipelines.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events to enhance employer branding.
  • Prepare salary analysis, extend offers, and manage preboarding activities including background checks.
  • Utilize Workday HRIS to process employment actions and guide hiring managers on recruitment functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, preferably in multi-shift manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices regarding talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience is a plus).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident, or protected individual.
  • Ability to work modified hours occasionally to support off-shift operations.
