Compensation: $35,000–$65,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent for GTM teams, focusing on Post-Sales, Customer Success, and Global Services.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial sourcing to final offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Monitor recruiting effectiveness using data analysis and dashboard reporting to improve pipeline flow.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to fellow recruiting team members to support collective team development.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with experience in reporting and analyzing recruiting metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience recruiting for the SaaS or Cloud industry.
