Compensation: $35,000–$65,000 OTE

What you will do
- Source, recruit, and hire top talent for GTM teams, focusing on Post-Sales, Customer Success, and Global Services.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial sourcing to final offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
- Monitor recruiting effectiveness using data analysis and dashboard reporting to improve pipeline flow.
- Mentor and provide guidance to fellow recruiting team members to support collective team development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with experience in reporting and analyzing recruiting metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience recruiting for the SaaS or Cloud industry.
