Salary: $72,000 – $100,000

What you will do

• Assess internal applicants against job requirements to determine candidate fit.
• Develop accurate job postings and descriptions reflecting the specific needs of each role.
• Counsel hiring managers to guide optimal hiring decisions for the team and company.
• Own the full relationship with internal candidates, including consolidating and delivering constructive feedback.
• Create new processes to bridge gaps between recruiting and HR for better service delivery.
• Lead and actively participate in interview debriefs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of professional experience in operations, recruiting, or human resources.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Hawthorne, CA.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or sourcer.
• Experience communicating with mid-to-executive level leadership.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse, Jira, and MS Office tools.
• Ability to manage high work volume and triage urgent requests.
