What you will do

• Manage all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process, including interviewing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate resume distribution, schedule interviews, and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers.
• Build pipelines for active and passive candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
• Partner with business units to identify talent gaps and adjust recruiting plans based on business needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to integrate TA processes that drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in recruiting.
• Knowledge of labor laws.
• Experience working with applicant tracking software (ATS).
• Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for sourcing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in the US
