What you will do
- Initiate proactive outreach to uncover user needs and pain points during the trial phase.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide commercial and technical support for complex deals.
- Utilize consultative sales tactics to navigate the sales process and close deals efficiently.
- Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather insights and tailor solutions for prospects.
- Prepare personalized customer journeys and enablement calls to optimize product adoption and conversion.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in Sales or Customer Success.
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and handle multiple inbound channels.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Familiarity with the SaaS/Martech industry and the competitive landscape.
- Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Nice to have
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
