What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing new advertising opportunities.
• Own and achieve defined revenue targets within assigned territories or verticals.
• Develop structured account plans to maximize advertiser ROI and long-term growth.
• Build relationships with senior-level decision-makers and provide strategic guidance.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and build data-driven business cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support complex deals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy consulting.
• 3+ years of experience as a proven advisor influencing executive-level clients.
• Proven track record of owning revenue targets and closing complex deals.
• Fully bilingual: fluency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to São Paulo, Brazil.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
