Location: Must be based in Brazil (100% Remote or Hybrid for São Paulo residents). Must be available to work across North American time zones and follow the North American statutory holiday schedule.

What you will do
- Manage and exceed monthly and annual subscription renewal targets for SMB customers in North America.
- Engage with customers pre- and post-renewal to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and coordinate them with the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and records within the CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and improve the renewal experience.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Account Management.
- Proven track record in improving customer retention and satisfaction.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Totango.
- Ability to align with North American time zones and holiday calendars.
