What you will do

• Manage and motivate a team of 6 professionals across inbound and outbound pre-sales.
• Build and scale the outbound pre-sales function from the ground up, including hiring and development.
• Create and implement standardized sales playbooks for both inbound and outbound streams.
• Monitor daily SDR/BDR performance to maintain pipeline health and lead quality.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience leading B2B pre-sales or SDR/BDR teams.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Portuguese (C1) skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
• Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to sales processes.

Nice to have

• Prior hands-on experience as an SDR/BDR or B2B sales specialist.
• Professional background or familiarity with the e-commerce industry.
