Location: Office-first in Sao Paolo, Brazil (flexible hours with limited remote work allowed 52 days per year).

A global tech-centric group of e-commerce companies operating JoomPro, a cross-border B2B marketplace serving businesses in Brazil and Mexico.

What you will do

  • Lead and motivate a team of 6 pre-sales professionals across inbound and outbound streams.
  • Build and scale the outbound pre-sales function from the ground up, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Create and implement standardized sales playbooks for both inbound and outbound operations.
  • Monitor daily SDR/BDR performance and pipeline health to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience leading B2B pre-sales or SDR/BDR teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
  • Advanced English and fluent Portuguese skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a structured, methodical approach to sales processes.

Nice to have

  • Prior hands-on experience as an SDR/BDR or B2B sales specialist.
  • Professional background or familiarity with the e-commerce industry.
