Salary: $141,800 - $195,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Enhance and maintain pricing strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks.
• Lead annual pricing actions and optimization across products, regions, and segments.
• Manage discount policies, pricing guidelines, and approval matrix execution.
• Partner with field sales to balance growth objectives with margin performance.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to measure pricing effectiveness and price realization.
• Oversee pricing processes within ERP, configurators, and contract management platforms.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, deal desk, or finance.
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in complex B2B, engineer-to-order, and run-rate sales environments.
• Strong financial, analytical, and commercial acumen.
• Must be based in the US (Virginia area).
• Sponsorship is not available.
