Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 yearly

What you will do

• Act as the primary financial partner to the NORAM Locker CEO to drive strategic decision-making.
• Lead and inspire the Accounting and FP&A departments to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting compliance.
• Manage annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and insightful management reporting.
• Design and maintain a robust internal control environment, including SOX compliance.
• Lead ERP implementation and process improvement projects to enhance data quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Tampa, FL, Boston, MA, or Milford, CT.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 4–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing both Accounting and FP&A functions simultaneously.
• Strong command of US GAAP and hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Demonstrated track record in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B product environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IFRS standards.
• Experience in a multi-national or global matrix organization.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Hyperion, or TM1.
• Experience with data automation and process improvement initiatives.
