Location: Hybrid role based in East Aurora/Buffalo, New York

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the Cost Engineering team, overseeing talent development and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost estimating and pricing processes and tools.
  • Ensure full compliance with cost estimating systems and federal regulations across domestic sites.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies for the Space Division.
  • Communicate financial perspectives, risks, and assumptions to senior leadership.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and lead contract price negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pricing or Cost Engineering.
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR, TINA, and CAS.
  • Experience in pricing activities or contract negotiations.
  • Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations and hirify.global sites as needed.

Nice to have

  • Prior direct people leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Background in manufacturing engineering, assembly, or test environments.
