What you will do

  • Lead the global Deal Desk organization, owning hiring, enablement, and the evolution of the function.
  • Manage the end-to-end service model for Deal Desk and Order Management to support increasing deal complexity.
  • Serve as the executive escalation point for complex, non-standard, and strategic transactions.
  • Own the commercial operating model for consumption-priced and hybrid offers, including approval thresholds and field guidance.
  • Partner with Product and Pricing to translate strategy into executable commercial rules and systems requirements.
  • Ensure global bookings fidelity and Salesforce accuracy across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations within enterprise software.
  • Proven success leading global or multi-region teams in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of software pricing models (per-user, tiered, usage-based, and hybrid).
  • Strong command of bookings policy, revenue recognition, and audit compliance.
  • Fluency with Salesforce and billing platforms like Zuora.
  • Must be a resident of the United States.
