Compensation: $132,000 - $171,600

What you will do
- Lead large facility project planning, coordinating with architecture and engineering firms on design and layout.
- Establish and maintain Facilities Operational and Capital Budgets, including long-range forecasts.
- Oversee building space allocation, security, and planning for future capacity growth.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
- Manage a team of facilities technicians and maintain key vendor and supplier relationships.
- Develop policies for business continuity, equipment maintenance, and personnel safety.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale construction and facilities management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of local, state, and federal requirements for facilities design and maintenance.
Nice to have
- Experience in radar and surveillance industries.
- Knowledge of clean room design and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and facility requirements.
- Experience with ERP, facility, and asset management systems.
- MBA, PE, or M.Sc. degree.
