What you will do

• Lead large facility project planning, coordinating with architecture and engineering firms on design and layout.
• Establish and maintain Facilities Operational and Capital Budgets, including long-range forecasts.
• Oversee building space allocation, security, and planning for future capacity growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
• Manage a team of facilities technicians and maintain key vendor and supplier relationships.
• Develop policies for business continuity, equipment maintenance, and personnel safety.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale construction and facilities management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of local, state, and federal requirements for facilities design and maintenance.

Nice to have

• Experience in radar and surveillance industries.
• Knowledge of clean room design and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and facility requirements.
• Experience with ERP, facility, and asset management systems.
• MBA, PE, or M.Sc. degree.
