Salary: $105,000–$140,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead a team of approximately 4 engineers specializing in requirements management, modeling, and item analysis.
• Manage project execution by monitoring progress, providing technical direction, and solving complex problems.
• Mentor direct reports through career planning and performance management to develop world-class talent.
• Support new business initiatives through trade studies, concept development, and proposal responses.
• Develop and improve electrical engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure.
• Contribute directly to the execution of assigned technical projects (approx. 50% of time).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience OR Associate's Degree in Engineering with 12+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects or technical initiatives.
• Proficiency with DOORS requirements management tool.
• Comprehensive knowledge across EE domains: system design, analysis, integration, and test.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), particularly SysML and Cameo.
• Knowledge of system performance modeling using MATLAB and/or Simulink.
• Prior experience in the aerospace/defense manufacturing industry.
• Direct people management experience.
