What you will do

• Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules for direct reports and external contractors.
• Manage inbound work orders and delegate tasks to dedicated teams.
• Track KPIs to drive performance and ensure project deadlines are met within budget.
• Review and approve repair proposals while providing recommendations for operational efficiency.
• Implement audit and control systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and policies.
• Lead the facility management team to maintain optimal conditions and appearance of the premises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Class A high-rise multifamily residential buildings.
• Working knowledge of Mechanical and Fire Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project planning tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM360.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA for on-site operations.
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, or Sketch Up.
