TL;DR

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Support and mentor lower-level manufacturing engineers.
  • Manage Slip Ring production lines and coordinate with domestic and international outsource vendors.
  • Oversee manufacturing process development, creating engineering drawings, tool drawings, and work instructions.
  • Define labor standards, facility layouts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct mechanical and electrical manufacturing design reviews to improve manufacturability.
  • Provide detailed performance reports to management regarding schedules and expenditures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing or related role.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and performing data compilation and analysis.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information (ITAR compliance).
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
