Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams through large-scope programs, ranging from new product development to high-volume production.
• Manage budget, scope, and schedule commitments as the primary technical point of contact for assigned projects.
• Develop new product requirements through consultation with customers and validate solutions via trade studies.
• Prepare and lead successful proposals, including writing the technical volume and providing cost estimates.
• Drive production efficiency across multiple sites and oversee the execution of the design and development process.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers and assist management in establishing project engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Advanced degree MS, PhD, or MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years leading development projects of comparable complexity.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor and coach other engineers.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVMS).
