Salary: $47.37/Hr. - $50.81/Hr.

What you will do

• Install, repair, and perform preventative/corrective maintenance on mission-critical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures.
• Instruct customers and personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Develop and deliver technical seminars and on-the-job training for field staff and military users.
• Interface with diverse stakeholders, including military personnel, government dignitaries, and executive management.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure operational readiness of deployed systems.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
• Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience combined with military technical training or relevant trade school, or a Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 2 years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency with digital data and voice network technologies including Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Firewalls, SolarWinds, VMware ESXi, and NetApp.
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time, including potential deployment with US Forces.
• Exceptional communication skills for training and stakeholder management.
