Location: Must be based in the US (Overland Park, Houston, Chattanooga, Cary, Phoenix, or Ann Arbor). Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment.

What you will do
- Develop and modify technical structural deliverables, including foundation and steel models.
- Utilize Bentley Open Buildings, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Bluebeam to create and maintain high-quality drawings and documentation.
- Perform design calculations, detailed material quantities, and estimates.
- Provide technical guidance to other engineering professionals and technicians to ensure output consistency.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with applicable codes, standards, and internal quality programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams within the Power Providers Market Sector.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in digital design tools including CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling software.
- Authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
Nice to have
- Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology.
- Diploma or Certificate in a relevant technical field.
