What you will do

• Plan and execute complex structural layout work using engineering judgment.
• Lead the creation and coordination of 3D models, plan sets, and construction packages.
• Act as the structural lead on multi-discipline projects, overseeing junior and intermediate designers.
• Coordinate designs across architectural, mechanical, and electrical trades to resolve spatial conflicts.
• Perform onsite field surveys to document existing conditions and ensure design accuracy.
• Conduct high-level quality reviews and back-checking for the entire structural team.

Requirements

• Minimum 6–10 years of structural design experience in professional engineering or industrial environments.
• Extensive proficiency in Revit for structural modeling.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and expertise in Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Deep understanding of building codes, structural standards, and industry best practices.
• Associate degree in CAD/Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience serving as an Area Lead or Discipline Lead on large-scale capital projects.
• Ability to develop labor estimates and design effort forecasts.
