Salary: $115,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Support the design and analysis of commercial, industrial, and building-related structural projects.
• Design structural steel, reinforced concrete, wood structures, foundations, and building systems.
• Lead design projects, prepare technical reports, and perform detailed calculations.
• Review engineering drawings and coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency with software such as RISA 3D, STAAD.Pro, RAM, ETABS, SAFE, or SAP2000.
• Must be based in or able to work 100% onsite in Houston, TX.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and structural BIM coordination.
