What you will do

• Set up and update project models based on shared architectural backgrounds.
• Draft MEP system layouts, schedules, and details in coordination with supervising engineers.
• Collaborate with internal and external designers and engineers to coordinate building systems.
• Perform model, background, and layer management to ensure project organization.
• Troubleshoot Revit issues and solve system conflicts within models.
• Conduct quality control and model auditing to ensure the accuracy of deliverables.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Irving, TX (On-site)
• High level of proficiency in Revit design software and basic AutoCAD knowledge.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with electronic project file management.
• Knowledge of drafting techniques and adherence to BIM standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in an A/E/C environment designing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Familiarity with MEP engineering terminology.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and clash detection principles.
